To create an account, go to CollegeHousingLife.com. Click on the “+Sign Up” button at the top right of the page. Enter your credentials, agree to our terms, anc click on “Create an account” to submit! Your login information with username and password will be submitted to the email address you provide.

You can test out a listing page with a free account! Rate start as low as $225 per listing depending on your account package.
To set up a showing for a listing you’ve chosen, go directly to the listing page for the property you are interested in. On the right of the page (or at the bottom of the page on mobile) click on “Contact Owner” with a personalized message. If you a logged in, you do not need to enter your email address. It is recommended to provide your availability for a showing time.
Rent payments are managed directly with the property owner, not through CollegeHousingLife.com. Please contact the property owner directly for more information.
